At CrystalWebEasy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom digital solutions. Because our services involve significant labor, creative resources, and immediate allocation of specialist time, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. General Principles

  • Service-Based Allocation: We sell expertise and time. Once resources are allocated to your project, those costs are generally non-recoverable.
  • Consultation & Planning: A portion of your initial payment covers project research, strategy, and planning which begins immediately upon engagement.
  • Revision First: We encourage open communication. If you are unsatisfied, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through our standard revision process.

2. Web Development & UI/UX Design

Refunds for development projects are processed based on the project stage:

  • Before Commencement: A full refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) is available if requested within 48 hours of payment and before any work has started.
  • Post-Mockup Phase: If the initial design mockup has been delivered but development hasn’t started, a 50% refund may be issued.
  • During Development: Once coding and functional development are underway, no refunds will be issued.
  • Final Delivery: No refunds are available once the project is completed, signed off, or files have been launched/transferred.

3. SEO & Digital Marketing (Retainers)

  • Monthly Payments: Payments for SEO, PPC, or Social Media Management are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are given for the current cycle.
  • Ad Spend: Any budget paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta) is strictly non-refundable by CrystalWebEasy.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable as they involve third-party costs:

  • Domain Registrations & Hosting Services (once activated).
  • Third-Party Fees: Premium plugins, themes, or software licenses purchased on your behalf.
  • Final Brand Assets: Once source files for logos/branding are delivered, the sale is final.

5. Refund Eligibility & Process

Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payment, billing errors, or failure to deliver service as per the agreed written scope.

  • How to Request: Email info@crystalwebeasy.com with your Order ID and reason.
  • Review Time: Our team will review requests within 5 business days.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10-14 business days Transaction fees from banks may be deducted.

6. Project Inactivity

If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to a lack of client communication or missing assets, the project will be marked as “Inactive.” No refunds will be issued for inactive projects, and a restart fee may apply to resume work.
