These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Crystal Web Easy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Scope of Services

Crystal Web Easy provides professional digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • E-Commerce Development
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising
  • Branding & UI/UX Design
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Website Maintenance & Technical Support

Each project will be governed by a formal Proposal, Quotation, or Scope of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Modifications (Scope Creep): Any changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

2. Payment Terms

Advance Payments: A deposit of 50%–100% is required before commencement of web development or design projects.

Milestone Payments: Remaining balances are due upon completion of agreed project milestones (e.g., design approval, staging delivery and final launch).

Monthly Retainers: Ongoing services such as SEO and Digital Marketing are billed monthly in advance and payable by the 1st of each month.

Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or result in temporary suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Client Materials: You retain ownership of all materials (logos, text, images, brand assets) provided to us.

Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as completed website code or approved designs) is transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio Rights: Crystal Web Easy reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information
  • Deliver required content and approvals within 3–5 business days
  • Ensure all provided materials do not infringe third-party copyrights
  • Communicate promptly regarding feedback or revisions

Delays caused by the client may result in equivalent project deadline extensions.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Most service packages include 2–3 revision rounds unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Deliverables submitted for review will be considered approved if no response is received within 10 working days.

6. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to engage in unlawful activity
  • Not to attempt unauthorized system access
  • Not to disrupt or damage website functionality
  • Not to misuse contact forms or submit false information

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive data to unauthorized third parties, except as required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or software platforms. We are not responsible for changes in third-party pricing, service interruptions, or algorithm updates (including search engines).

9. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Web Easy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Termination of Services

By Client: You may terminate a project via written notice. You will be invoiced for all completed work up to the termination date.

By Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are overdue, terms are violated, or there is unlawful/unethical conduct.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
